1. To give full support in all HR & GA routine jobs (Assist HR Manager)
2. Specialist job of compensation & welfare benefits, payroll.
To accuracy record OT and control employee attendance, finding root cause absenteeism
3. To be strong in employee relations (rules)
Training development activity for employees
1. Training sytems;
1.1. Make training survey
1.2. Prepare Training Year Plan
1.3. To contact training institute
1.4. To set up training activities for company
1.5. To control training evaluation system
1.6. Start Competency Gap Analysis
1.7. To develop training system follows ISO
1.8. To conduct and co-odinate about OJT
1.9. To set up competency to all employee
1.10. To be training advisor
1.11. Acting Orientation trainer for company
2. Orientation as trainer
3. Document control for HR & GA section
3.1. Acting Internal Audit TS16949
3.2. Acting Internal Audit ISO14001
4. To follow DSD(Development Skill Law);
4.1. To keep training record by Office of
Skill Standard and Testing Development
4.2. To keep record employee competency
base for employee recording
5. Develop-Implement Employee Labour Relations
6. To be Safety Committee member
7. Assignment of 5S Leader activity
8. To develop "Mentor" specialist system.
9. To be auditee of all ISO activities.
10. Performance Appraisal activities.

Qualifications:
Female Age not over 38 yrs.
Bachelor Degree major in Human Resource Management / General Administration Management.
Experiences in Automotive Manufacturing with minimum 5+ years.
Willing to work hard and ability to communicate in English/Japanese fluency.
Knowledge in Payroll software (Tiger Soft) would be advantage.
Very good knowledge in Training Systems, General Affairs routine jobs and also Employee Relation.
