PRODUCTION SUPERVISER
RESPONSIBLE :
Report to the Production Asst. Manager ,is reaponsible for plan and mornitor daily production volume based on cycle time
Control the line Heat Treatment and setting process autopart for machine.
To ensure meeting customer's standard in the area of quality,cost, delivery,plan and utilization of equipments ,dertermine the production schedual.
QUALIFICATION:
-Male , 28-35 year old.
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical,Production Engineer or related
-Minimum 5 years up experience in Heat treatment or Automative Manufacturing Industry with 2 years in management level.
-Good command of reading ,writing English, and speaking Japanise.
-Good communication skill and strong leadership.
-Work under presure and leadership for teamwork.
-Knowledge of Product& Process, Quality System ISO/TS.16949 and ISO.14001.
-Self motivated and able to work hard in dynamic production enviroment with long hours.
-Computer Literate in basic business software (MS Word, Excel,Project,PowerPoint,etc.)
