Salary:
Temporary/Permanent: Permanent
-To implement policies, strategic plans, and tactical changes on Employee Relation & Administration functions.
-To give good advice and lead on people management, disciplinary take action to supervisors and managers.
-To motivate, pursuance and develop to create relationship, good morale to about 2,500 employees
-To monitoring and evaluate performance to ensure that employee will meet the satisfy with the General & Administration services.
-To implement a communication program to make more clear understanding on timely basis and cover to the whole organization.
-To manage and connect to local officers, community leader, government officers to get better information and good relationship.
