- Male / Female Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 3 years experience in front office field
- Able to work under pressure
- Initiative, good interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills
- Creative, self-motivated and strong analytical thinking
- Excellent in understanding on internet , online and ecommerce systems
- Responsible for the implementation of the agreed hotel ecommerce strategy
- Management of 3rd party relationships
- Assists with hotel internet marketing and promotion
- Experience of social networking sites is an advantage
- Responsible for analysis of web statistics, monthly reports on trends, bookings, stay, channel analysis, etc
- Monitor service levels and takes action were required
- Fluent in English
