Job description
1. Design the Foundry tools (Casting die, Core Box, component of casting and core shooting machine.)
2. Create the CAM for CNC
3. Co-operate with the involved department to carry out the problem with cause from the tools.
4. Update the concerned data in the system (PRO.FILE)
5. Contact with German R&D concerning the German design works.
6. Be responsible for another jobs assigns by Head of department
Requirements :-
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Tool & Die engineering, Production engineering, or related field.
2. Experience 2-4 years in mould & Die, Engineering design and development.
3. Able to use CAD - CAM software (Solid Edge V20, NX4, etc).
4. Able to work in Rayong (Klaeng district)
5. Have technical background (Engineering drawing, CNC machine, shop floor).
6. Male or Female, age not over 32 years old
7. Mature, self-learner, independent with good interpersonal skills
8. Good command in English (Spoken, Writing, Reading)
9. Good command in Computer
10. 2 years experience in clamping, jig & fixture design.
11. Have knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatics system
